Mr. Budha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT, India (1992) and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Maintenance Engineering from KU, Nepal (2001). With 14 years of service at the Government of Nepal’s Department of Roads, Heavy Equipment Division, and over 18 years of engineering and entrepreneurial experience across diverse industries, he brings extensive technical and leadership expertise.

With a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from KU, Nepal (2006) and a Master’s from Munich University, Germany (2015), he brings over 15 years of proven expertise in the construction equipment and automobile industries.

Mr. Bipin Ghimire holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts (1983) from Tribhuvan University and brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the banking sector, primarily within the Internal Audit Department. Throughout his career, he has developed strong expertise in financial analysis, compliance, risk assessment, and organizational governance.

Er. Baburam Gurung

Training Chief

With a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the Czech Republic (1977) and a Master’s from the University of Birmingham, UK, he has built a distinguished career as a leader in heavy equipment management and training. Serving 22 years in the Department of Roads, Heavy Equipment Maintenance, and 10 years as Unit Chief in the Department of Irrigation, he has been instrumental in training operators and mechanics. As the Training Chief of CETSC since its establishment, he continues to drive excellence in technical education and operator development.

Er. Ganga Ram Sunuwar

Mechanical Engineer/Instructor

With a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Pratap University, India (2016), he has over 8 years of experience in commercial vehicle dealerships and automobile repair workshops, including leading brands such as Mahindra, Ashok Leyland, MAN Trucks & Bus, and Foton. In addition, he brings more than 3 years of expertise as a heavy equipment operator trainer and instructor, contributing to skill development and technical excellence.

Mr. Raghunath Khadka

Operator Trainer

Mr. Raghunath Khadka is a highly skilled heavy equipment operator with over 17 years of professional experience operating excavator, backhoe loader, wheel loader, and forklift. He has been working as an Operator Instructor at CETSC for the past 2.5 years, where he shares his extensive hands-on expertise with trainees. Known for his technical precision, safety-focused approach, and effective instruction methods, he plays a key role in developing competent and confident machine operators through practical training and mentorship.

Mr. Bhaikaji Ranjitkar

Operator Trainer

Mr. Bhaikaji Ranjitkar is a seasoned heavy equipment operator with over 25 years of professional experience. He served in the Government of Nepal’s Heavy Equipment Division until his retirement, where he gained extensive expertise in operating and maintaining various types of construction and earth-moving machinery. Renowned for his discipline, technical skill, and dedication to safe operation, he continues to inspire and guide young operators with his vast field knowledge and practical experience.

Mr. Janak Budha

Assistant Operator Trainer

Mr. Janak Budha is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies (BBS) and serves as an Assistant Operator Trainer at CETSC. Known for his quick learning ability and strong practical skills, he has rapidly advanced to instruct trainees under the guidance of our professional training team. His dedication, discipline, and hands-on expertise make him a valuable contributor to developing competent and confident machine operators.

Mrs. Sosti Gorkhali

Accountant/Counsellor

Mrs. Sosti Gorkhali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies (BBS, 2017) from Tribhuvan University. She has gained valuable experience working in NGOs and reputed private institutions in the fields of accounting, sales, and administration. With over two years of experience as an Accountant and Counsellor in CETSC, she continues to contribute her skills in financial management, client guidance, and organizational coordination, demonstrating a strong balance of analytical and interpersonal abilities.

Ms. Aayusha Raut

Ms. Aayusha Raut is currently pursuing her +2 in Management and has been serving as a Marketing Intern at CETSC for the past 1.5 years. She joined CETSC with the aim of learning and growing in the fields of marketing and administration. Through her dedication and enthusiasm, she has been actively contributing to CETSC’s promotional and operational activities while continuously enhancing her professional and practical skills.
